Peter Sternlicht

Peter has 40 years’ experience in media, advertising, videography and marketing. As former Exec. VP at Technicolor, Peter designed and built their first commercial digital motion picture mastering lab helping to launching the age of non-film, digital cinema. Peter has also studied the geo-political state of global energy trends and is committed to fostering a transition from an oil-based economy to one that is fueled by renewable sources of electricity. Peter has served locally as a board member of the Laupahoehoe Community Charter School, volunteered his creative services to support UHH Robotic Mining Competition, UHH CTAHR Komohana Research Center, local astronomy community outreach, is a founding board member of Sustainable Energy Hawai‘i and lives in Pepe‘ekeo on the Big Island.
